Georgia is a brilliant Pilates instructor, absolutely love her classes both in the summer on Southbourne beach and more recently at Shore studio. Georgia is so positive and encouraging throughout the classes and you feel so good afterwards (especially after a dip in the sea with the group sometimes too!) Can’t recommend Gilates enough.
