ONLINE CLASS OPTIONS
I teach regular online classes, this includes online mat classes, HIIT + Pilates combo classes, beginners classes, Pre + Postnatal, 1:1 sessions, small group classes, as well as corporate sessions.

ONLINE G-ILATES CLASS
This class is 45 minutes long and is run using Zoom. It is a mat Pilates class that aims to strengthen your whole body, improve your posture and flexibility, as well as relieve stress and tension. You should leave the class feeling taller and ready for your day!
All levels are welcome (including beginners!)
If you are unable to make any of the regular Zoom classes you also have the option to purchase an On Demand class for the same price. See here for more information.
First class is FREE! | £6 thereafter
ONLINE G-ILATES HIIT CLASS
These classes will be much more fast paced than the usual Pilates classes (you will definitely get a sweat on!) but you won’t lose any of the Pilates technique or alignment. The class is a 30 minute full body work out (of course there will be plenty of core work in there!)
There will be low impact variations offered for all exercises.

ONLINE BEGINNERS G-ILATES PACKAGE
3x 45 minute Pilates classes (pre recorded) + 1x 30 minute 1:1 session
This is the perfect package if you are new to Pilates or want a refresher of the foundations before progressing on to the live/ On Demand classes.
The 1:1 session is a chance to put everything in to practise, whilst having my guidance. It is also a chance to ask any questions you might have about certain exercises or modifications that might be needed for you.
£30 for 3x classes + 1x 1:1
ONLINE PRE + POSTNATAL
The session will run for 45 minutes and you will be given exercises and modifications according to where you are in your pregnancy or post birth.

However I do offer small group pre/postnatal classes if you have a group of friends who you want to do a class with at a time that suits you.
ONLINE 1:1 G-ILATES SESSION
A 1:1 online session is for anyone who might want to have a session more tailored to their needs. This might be to gain more of an understanding of Pilates, or maybe it’s a specific injury you are working with, or perhaps you just want a more focused workout. I will work with you to help you achieve your specific goals, planning and adapting the sessions as you go.
The sessions are run using Zoom so that I can keep an eye on your form and ensure you are getting the most out of the exercises.
£35 for 45 minute session.
ONLINE SMALL GROUP
Sessions for smaller groups (2-6 people) can be tailored specifically to your needs, whether you have specific injuries you are working with or you just want a more focused workout. I can tailor a class for you as a group and look to progressing you each week.
This is the perfect way to exercise with a group of friends/ colleagues or family members and can always be used as an excuse to catch up after!
Price varies on group number.
ONLINE G-ILATES CORPORATE SESSIONS
Pilates a great form of exercise for people who spend the majority of their day at the desk. It also is a great way to keep moving and relieve stress and tension during today’s challenging times of restricted movements and activities.
The sessions are run using Zoom and I can accommodate for all sizes of classes. It is a great way to get your company together and to keep the community feel whilst working from home.
