My approach is to combine my knowledge of Pilates and Personal Training to deliver functional fitness sessions for everyone - no matter your fitness levels, experience or motivation
(this includes Prenatal & Postnatal fitness, injury rehabilitation and absolute beginners ).
My focus is on creating programs for clients that include the precision and technique that is important in Pilates - with the strength, conditioning and cardio training that you get in PT sessions.
