Everything you need to know about the Spring Challenge:

How do I join?

 

You have 2 options:

  1. The challenge is included in Gilates On Demand subscription (includes a 7 Day Free Trial for new subscribers) which you can join from today for £24.

  2. Purchase the challenge as a one off payment for the 28 days for £32

Can I join if I'm a beginner? 

Absolutely! All my classes are open to everyone and you are always given easier options if you want them.

How long are the classes?

Classes range from 8 - 45 minutes.

  • 2x classes per week will be 40 mins+ 

  • 1x class per week will be a stretch class

  • The rest are express classes (20mins or less)

Do I have to do it every day?

There is zero pressure to do it every day. You can always choose 2 or 3 to do each week instead.

If you are subscribed to Gilates On Demand you will have unlimited access to the challenge so that you can do it at a pace that works for you.

When does it start?

The challenge officially starts on Monday 1st May and it will run for 28 days and finish on Sunday 28th May (it will then no longer be available to you if you purchased as a one off).

However the challenge will stay up and available for On Demand subscribers so you can return to it as many times as you like!

How do I stay accountable for the challenge?

I am able to see who is doing the challenge and when so for those of you who do complete the 28 days straight there will be a Gilates discount coming your way!
