I am passionate about Pilates and fitness and love being able to help keep people moving, breathing and motivated.
Pilates is a great way to strengthen your body, improve posture, flexibility as well as relieve stress and tension. It is a low impact form of exercise that helps to bring body awareness and support every day movements, with a real focus on core strengthening.
If you practise Pilates regularly you will notice the benefits, not only in your general fitness but also your health and wellbeing.
