I run weekly Prenatal and Postnatal classes and 1:1 sessions in Southbourne (see below for more details).

 

In addition to the local classes I have a library of Prenatal and Postnatal On Demand Pilates classes available to rent at a time that suits you. Scroll down to see the full library.

I am qualified in Pre/ Postnatal Pilates and Personal Training and am passionate about helping mums to be and mums feel strong and move in a safe and enjoyable way.
