G-ILATES PRE & POSTNATAL

Here you will find all information you need about Pre and Postnatal G-ILATES Pilates & Fitness.

I run weekly small group online Pre and Postnatal Pilates classes. These classes are run in small groups so that I can keep an eye on what everyone is doing and ensure you are getting the most out of the exercises. You are also sent a recording of every class if you miss it or want to do the class again. Get in touch to find out about the current Pre and Postnatal Pilates classes that are running or if you would like to start up a class with your own group.

In addition to these classes I have a library of On Demand Pre and Postnatal Pilates classes available to rent for 7 days. See classes below - click a class to purchase. 

I also offer 1:1 or 2:1 Pre and Postnatal Pilates sessions and Pre and Postnatal Personal Training sessions both online and in person (if SE London based).

By taking part in my pre-recorded online Pilates classes, you fully understand that your teacher is not able to monitor your movement or offer any personal correction; you agree to take responsibility for your own body; you agree not to perform any exercises or movements that may cause you discomfort; and you confirm that you are fit and able to undertake the class. If you are unsure please consult your GP or other health professional. You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and hear the video in order to follow the instructions of the teacher.

Pre & Postnatal On Demand 

Here you can find a library of previous pre & postnatal classes to rent.

The cost is £6 per class and you have a week to view the class.

To rent a class click on the video and rent direct through Vimeo. Once you have signed in I recommend viewing classes on here rather than Vimeo's site for a smoother service. 

If you are new to Pilates I recommend starting with the 'Introduction to...' class or booking an initial 1:1 session.
